Important things to know
Same address option: When booking both directions, you can use the same address for delivery and pickup, or set different addresses for each.
All bikes travel together: All your rental bikes must share the same transport dates and time windows.
Price shown before you confirm: The full breakdown (base price, discounts, surcharges) is shown in the cart before checkout. No surprises.
Address precision matters: Use the map to place your pin accurately. This ensures we find you without delays and that zone pricing is calculated correctly.
Cancellation: Transport follows the same cancellation policy as your bike rental.
Add bicycle(s) to the cart, add transport (cart level), choose delivery/pickup/both, enter your address, pick your time slot — done!
Difficulty Legend
Our tours use a 1–5 difficulty scale. The color reflects the overall challenge based on distance, elevation, ride intensity, and consecutive days.
1
Level 1 — Green | Beginner / Intro
For newer riders. Shorter stages, low elevation, relaxed pace. Basic bike handling is enough.
2
Level 2 — Blue | Easy / Recreational
For riders who cycle occasionally. Moderate distances, manageable climbs, comfortable pace with regular regrouping.
3
Level 3 — Yellow | Intermediate
For regular riders. Longer stages and sustained climbs. Comfortable riding several hours and riding in a group.
4
Level 4 — Red | Advanced
For strong, experienced riders. Big elevation, longer days, and higher intensity. Used to back-to-back demanding stages.
5
Level 5 — Black | Expert / Pro-level
For very fit, highly experienced riders. Long stages, serious climbing, and fast pace options.
Level 4 warning: Not recommended for casual riders. A solid endurance base and confidence riding in a group are strongly recommended. Level 5 warning: Not suitable for beginners. A strong training base and excellent group-riding skills are required.
Good to know:
Many tours offer pace groups (Fast / Medium). Difficulty describes the overall week, not racing.
If a level is greyed out on a tour page, that level is not offered / not suitable for that tour.
